Place beet slices in a single non-overlapping layer inside the air fryer basket. If necessary, air fry in batches to prevent overcrowding and ensure crispness.

Set the air fryer to 325°F. Cook beet slices for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through. Remove chips that crisp sooner, continuing until all slices are crisp but not burnt.
