# Steps to Follow:

Sprinkle smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper over the beef, stirring to coat thoroughly. Reduce heat to low, add shredded cheddar cheese on top, and gently stir until cheese is fully melted and incorporated. Remove from heat.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
