Line a 9x13 inch oblong baking pan with parchment paper to allow easy removal of the fudge once set.

Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to melt. Reduce heat to low to avoid boiling and stir until smooth and fully combined.

Remove saucepan from heat. Fold in 2 cups chopped cherries and 2 cups mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread evenly into a smooth layer.

Sprinkle remaining chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top of the spread mixture.

Allow fudge to set completely. Chill in the freezer for approximately 2 hours or refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Alternatively, leave overnight in the refrigerator for best results before slicing.
