Cherry Garcia White Chocolate (Print Version)

Creamy white chocolate blended with juicy cherries and mini chocolate chips for a delightful sweet treat.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 3 cups white chocolate chips
02 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

→ Mix-ins

04 - 2 cups chopped maraschino cherries
05 - 2 cups mini chocolate chips, milk or semi-sweet

→ Topping

06 - Additional chopped maraschino cherries
07 - Additional mini chocolate chips

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch oblong baking pan with parchment paper to allow easy removal of the fudge once set.
02 - Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring frequently until the mixture begins to melt. Reduce heat to low to avoid boiling and stir until smooth and fully combined.
03 - Remove saucepan from heat. Fold in 2 cups chopped cherries and 2 cups mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
04 - Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to spread evenly into a smooth layer.
05 - Sprinkle remaining chopped cherries and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top of the spread mixture.
06 - Allow fudge to set completely. Chill in the freezer for approximately 2 hours or refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Alternatively, leave overnight in the refrigerator for best results before slicing.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one month. Refrigeration is not recommended to avoid drying and crumbling. Freeze individual squares wrapped in plastic wrap to extend shelf life.
