# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 1 cup frozen or fresh pitted cherries
02 - 1 medium banana, fresh or frozen

→ Creamy Component

03 - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt

→ Liquid

04 - 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy, almond, oat, soy, or coconut)

→ Optional Additions

05 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
06 - 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place cherries, banana, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and add honey or maple syrup as needed for additional sweetness. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Add ice cubes if a thicker consistency is desired and blend again until fully combined.
