# What You'll Need:

01 - 737 g andouille sausage, sliced

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
03 - 680 g baby potatoes, halved
04 - 200 g green beans, trimmed
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 packet (28 g) dry onion soup mix

→ Fats

07 - 56 g unsalted butter, sliced

→ Herbs (optional)

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (to garnish)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place sliced andouille sausage, yellow onion, halved baby potatoes, trimmed green beans, and minced garlic directly into the slow cooker.
02 - Stir all ingredients to combine evenly, then sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top and stir again to coat thoroughly.
03 - Distribute the sliced butter evenly over the mixture to melt during cooking.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours until potatoes are tender and flavors are melded.
