Combine cream cheese, diced jalapeños, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl until evenly mixed.

Divide ground beef into 8 thin patties. Place a spoonful of filling on half of the patties, then top each with a second patty. Press and seal edges completely to encase filling.

Preheat skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook double-layered patties for approximately 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.

While patties cook, fry bacon until crispy. Lightly toast buns on grill or in toaster for flavor and crunch.
