06 - 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Finishing

08 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) ensuring it reaches temperature before baking.
02 - Arrange refrigerated biscuits on a baking sheet and gently flatten each slightly while maintaining thickness.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella, softened cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped parsley until creamy and uniform.
04 - Spoon filling onto half the biscuits on the baking sheet, cover with remaining biscuits, and pinch edges to seal filling inside.
05 - Brush melted butter evenly over the tops of assembled melts for a golden finish.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
07 - Let the melts rest for 2 minutes after baking to allow filling to set before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ensure shrimp and crab are well-drained to prevent soggy filling; use refrigerated biscuits for consistent flakiness.
