02 - 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Pasta & Vegetables

03 - 8 ounces spaghetti or linguine
04 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
05 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

→ Dairy

06 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
07 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

→ Oils & Seasonings

08 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
09 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

14 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Add steak in a single layer and sear undisturbed for 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes until browned but still juicy. Remove steak and set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp, sprinkle with smoked paprika and a pinch of salt. Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
03 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water and drain. Immediately toss pasta with remaining 3 tablespoons butter to coat.
04 - Add fresh spinach and roasted red peppers to the warm pasta, stirring gently to wilt the spinach. Fold in shrimp to distribute evenly with vegetables and garlic butter sauce.
05 - Plate shrimp pasta and top with seared steak cubes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency if needed.
02 - Avoid overcooking shrimp to prevent toughness.
03 - Use fresh garlic for optimal flavor in the butter sauce.
