Healthy Frozen Yogurt Bark (Print Version)

Frozen Greek yogurt topped with fruit and granola, then sliced into pieces for a chilled, nutritious snack.

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups Greek yogurt, plain or flavored
02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional

→ Toppings

04 - 1/2 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
05 - 1 banana, thinly sliced
06 - 1/4 cup granola or nuts, optional

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Assemble all required ingredients and measure each one according to the specifications.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Stir until fully integrated and smooth.
03 - Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared sheet to about 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly scatter mixed berries and banana slices over the yogurt base. If desired, sprinkle granola or nuts on top for added texture.
05 - Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours until the yogurt is completely set and firm.
06 - Remove from the freezer and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a sharp knife, slice or break into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To achieve the creamiest texture, use whole-milk Greek yogurt. Adjust the level of sweetener based on the sweetness of your fruit and yogurt.
02 - For easier slicing, briefly let the bark sit at room temperature before cutting.
