01 -
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and minced onion, breaking up the beef into very small pieces. Cook until beef is browned and onion softens completely, about 7 to 10 minutes.
02 -
Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in beef bouillon, water, brown sugar, white vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly, reduce heat to low, and let simmer until most liquid evaporates and filling remains juicy, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.
03 -
Using a serrated knife, slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the tops connected as one piece and the bottoms as another. Place bottom halves in a large baking dish.
04 -
Evenly spread the beef mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls. Top with halved slices of American cheese and place one dill pickle chip on each slider.
05 -
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard until combined. Set aside.
06 -
Replace roll tops and gently press down. Brush the entire top surface with the butter mixture. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake until cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden, about 2 to 3 minutes more.
07 -
Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.
