Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers (Print Version)

Bite-sized burgers with beef, melted cheese, pickles, shredded lettuce, and creamy dressing on soft dinner rolls.

# What You'll Need:

→ Buns

01 - 12 soft dinner rolls, connected in two packs of six
02 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
03 - 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

→ Beef Patties

04 - 1 pound 85% lean ground beef
05 - 1 small yellow onion, minced
06 - 1 large egg
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon minced onion (optional, for topping)

→ Toppings and Sauces

11 - 6 slices Kraft American cheese
12 - ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
13 - 12 thin slices dill pickles
14 - ½ cup Thousand Island dressing

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced onion, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and egg. Mix gently just until evenly combined to maintain a tender texture.
02 - Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Press each into a flat rectangle slightly larger than the bottom half of six dinner rolls. Place on a baking sheet and optionally sprinkle with extra minced onion. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (177°C) for 12 minutes, until fully cooked but still juicy.
03 - While the patties bake, carefully slice the connected dinner rolls horizontally to create bottoms and tops, keeping the sets of six intact for easy assembly.
04 - Spread a generous layer of Thousand Island dressing evenly over the bottom halves of the roll sets.
05 - Blot excess grease from the baked patties. Place each patty onto the dressed bottom halves of the rolls. Spread additional Thousand Island dressing over each patty for enhanced flavor.
06 - Position cheese slices on top of each patty. Return to the oven for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and gooey.
07 - Top the melted cheese with minced onion, dill pickle slices, and shredded lettuce. Cover each slider with the corresponding top roll halves.
08 - Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Blot excess grease from patties after baking to prevent soggy buns.
02 - These sliders can be assembled ahead and reheated gently before serving.
03 - Ground turkey can replace beef for a leaner variation.
