Philly Cheesesteak Sliders (Print Version)

Tender steak and sautéed peppers on slider rolls with melted provolone cheese make flavorful mini sandwiches.

# What You'll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 12 slider rolls

→ Meat

02 - 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced
04 - 1 onion, sliced

→ Dairy

05 - 6 slices provolone cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons butter

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak slices until browned and cooked through.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the sliced green bell pepper and onion until softened.
03 - Place the cooked steak, sautéed peppers and onions, and provolone cheese on the slider rolls.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake assembled sliders for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are warmed.
