# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place all ingredients in a large bowl and knead into a smooth dough using cold butter to shorten refrigeration time. Allow butter to soften if easier kneading is desired.
02 - Cover the dough and refrigerate for about 30 minutes (use up to 1 hour if butter was softened before mixing).
03 - Divide dough into approximately 0.35-ounce (10 g) portions and roll into balls. Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet ensuring it is cool to prevent spreading. Press each ball lightly with a fork to create a decorative pattern; a baking sheet fits around 30 cookies.
04 - Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) using top and bottom heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies should remain pale and not brown.
05 - Allow cookies to cool completely and dust with powdered sugar as desired before serving.
