Hearty pasta bake with ground beef, tangy sauce, and melted cheese, perfect for busy family meals.

# What You'll Need:

→ Meat and Aromatics

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced

→ Sauce and Cheese

03 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) Manwich Sloppy Joe sauce
04 - 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
05 - 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

→ Pasta

06 - 8 ounces corkscrew pasta (rotini), cooked al dente

→ Garnish

07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion together. Break up beef with a wooden spoon and cook until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
02 - Add Manwich sauce and Velveeta cubes to the browned beef. Stir constantly until cheese is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
03 - Fold cooked corkscrew pasta into the beef and cheese mixture until evenly coated.
04 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9 by 13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly and sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese over the top.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
06 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the casserole before serving to add freshness and color.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Leftovers keep well refrigerated for up to three days. Reheat gently covered in oven or microwave. Add a splash of milk if dry.
02 - This casserole can be assembled and frozen before baking. Thaw overnight in refrigerator and bake as directed.
03 - Brown beef thoroughly for maximum flavor. Shredding cheese fresh ensures better melt and texture.
