# What You'll Need:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
02 - 1 medium green apple, cored and chopped
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach or kale, tightly packed
04 - 1 small ripe banana, peeled (optional)
05 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or preferred milk
06 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)
07 - 1 cup ice cubes

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Thoroughly wash the strawberries, apple, and greens. Remove the hulls from strawberries and core the apple. Chop the apple into manageable chunks.
02 - Place the strawberries, apple chunks, greens, optional banana, chia seeds or flaxseeds, almond milk, and ice cubes into the blender.
03 - Secure the blender lid and blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more fruit or a little honey if desired. For a thinner consistency, blend in extra almond milk.
