01 - 1 pound ground chicken

02 - 12 butter lettuce leaves, washed and separated
03 - 1 cup shredded carrots
04 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced

→ Sauce

05 - 3 tablespoons lime juice, fresh
06 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 1 clove garlic, minced
11 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
12 - 1 small red chili, finely chopped (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Combine lime juice, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili in a small bowl; stir until sugar dissolves.
02 - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook ground chicken until no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces, approximately 5–7 minutes.
03 - Pour sauce over cooked chicken in the skillet and stir thoroughly to blend flavors; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
04 - Spoon the chicken mixture evenly into lettuce leaves; top with shredded carrots and sliced green onions.
05 - Arrange assembled wraps on a platter and serve immediately to retain crispness.
