01 - 1/2 cup whole-milk cottage cheese

02 - 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

03 - 1/2 frozen banana
04 - 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

05 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
06 - 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Add the whole-milk cottage cheese, unsweetened almond milk, frozen banana, and frozen mixed berries into a high-speed blender.
02 - Incorporate the chia seeds and, if desired, the vanilla protein powder to enhance fiber and protein content.
03 - Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds, pausing to scrape the sides as needed, until the mixture is smooth and creamy without any curds or lumps.
