13 - Oil for grilling

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper throughout.
02 - Remove the skillet from heat and let the cooked beef rest briefly.
03 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the hot beef to allow it to melt slightly.
04 - Lightly warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave to increase their flexibility.
05 - Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over each tortilla. Add the beef with melted cheese, then layer with onion rings, tomato slices, and fresh salad leaves.
06 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it tightly to enclose the filling.
07 - Brush the wraps lightly with oil and grill in a grill pan or on the grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until the wrap is crisp and golden brown.
08 - Serve the warm grilled wraps immediately, optionally accompanied by extra ketchup or mustard.

# Additional Notes:

01 - These wraps can be prepared ahead and reheated to maintain crispness; wrapping in foil keeps them warm.
02 - Substitute ground beef with ground chicken or plant-based alternatives for variation.
03 - For extra spice, add jalapeños or Sriracha to the filling.
