Honey Mustard Salmon Glaze (Print Version)

Salmon coated in a honey mustard glaze, air fried for a crisp outside and tender inside.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fish

01 - 4 salmon fillets, approximately 6 ounces each, fresh and firm with vibrant pink color

→ Glaze

02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

09 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
02 - Using a brush or spoon, generously coat each salmon fillet on all sides with the prepared glaze for even flavor coverage.
03 - Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to preheat for 2 to 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and crisp texture.
04 - Place the fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket with sufficient space between each to allow hot air circulation.
05 - Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
06 - Transfer fillets to plates and finish with a fresh squeeze of lemon juice from the wedges to brighten the flavors.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For deeper caramelization, brush on an additional layer of glaze halfway through cooking.
02 - Monitor thinner fillets carefully to prevent drying due to faster cooking times.
03 - Increasing the air fryer temperature to 400°F during the last 1-2 minutes enhances crispness of edges.
