02 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips

04 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 3 tablespoons hot chocolate mix

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, combine semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips with butter. Stir consistently until melted and smooth.
03 - Whisk in sweetened condensed milk and hot chocolate powder until fully combined and smooth.
04 - Stir in vanilla extract once the mixture is uniformly melted.
05 - Gently fold 2 cups of mini marshmallows into the chocolate mixture.
06 - Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle remaining 1 cup of mini marshmallows on top and lightly press them into the surface. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours until set.
07 - Using a large sharp knife warmed in hot water and dried, cut fudge into small squares for clean edges.
