05 - 1 cup broccoli florets
06 - 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
07 - 1/2 cup carrots, sliced

→ Stir Fry Sauce

08 - 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
11 - 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Cooking

14 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
15 - Salt, to taste
16 - Black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

→ Optional Garnish

17 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
18 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place the steak in the freezer for 30 minutes to firm. Remove and slice across the grain into 1/4-inch strips. Season the steak with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
02 - Pat the peeled and deveined shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
03 - In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and set aside.
04 - Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add steak strips in a single layer, sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned but still juicy. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
05 - Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning once, until pink and opaque. Remove and reserve with the steak.
06 - Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and carrots to the hot pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender and vibrant.
07 - Return steak and shrimp to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the prepared sauce. Toss everything together to coat evenly and cook for 1 minute to meld flavors.
08 - Taste and adjust with additional soy sauce or crushed red pepper if desired. Serve immediately, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds, over steamed rice or noodles if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For maximum tenderness, always slice steak across the grain and do not overcook the shrimp.
02 - Prepare all ingredients before starting, as stir frying is a rapid cooking process.
03 - Use a well-heated wok or heavy skillet to achieve a perfect sear.
