Seasonal citrus and berries combined with a sweet orange-honey dressing create a fresh, colorful dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 3 medium oranges, peeled and chopped
02 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
03 - 3 kiwis, peeled and quartered
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
05 - ½ cup pomegranate seeds

→ Dressing

06 - ¾ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
07 - 2 tablespoons honey
08 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together freshly squeezed orange juice, honey, and poppy seeds until combined. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
02 - Peel and chop oranges, halve strawberries, peel and quarter kiwis, rinse blueberries, and collect pomegranate seeds. Combine all fruit in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Pour chilled dressing over the fruit. Gently toss with a spoon or salad tongs to coat fruit evenly without bruising.
04 - Serve immediately in individual bowls or a large dish to maintain freshness and texture.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use freshly squeezed orange juice for optimal flavor; dressing can be refrigerated up to two days.
02 - Toss gently and serve immediately to avoid fruit becoming watery.
